If an individual is unsure if they are living with mental health problems here are some early warning signs. MentalHealth.gov claims that “Eating or sleeping too much or too little, having low or no energy, feeling numb, smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual, experiencing severe mood swings, thinking of harming yourself, and inability to perform daily tasks.” A critical issue is mental health. An individual needs to cherish and care for oneself.
